Introduction of Transparent Filler Masterbatch

Na₂SO₄ Transparent Masterbatch is a high performance filler masterbatch made of with sodium sulfate Na₂SO₄ as the main filler, combined with advanced carrier resin and special dispersing aids through precise blending and extrusion granulation. It is specifically designed to solve the pain points of traditional fillers such as calcium carbonate that easily reduce the transparency of plastic products. Our masterbatch has a uniform granular shape, good compatibility with various resins, and can be directly mixed with raw materials for processing without additional adjustment of production processes. It not only effectively reduces the production cost of plastic products but also maintains or even improves the transparency and mechanical properties of the products, making it an ideal functional filler for high transparency plastic processing.

Features and Advantages

  • Zinuo use ultra-fine sodium sulfate powder that can be uniformly dispersed in the resin, avoiding the haze caused by light scattering, and the transparency of the final product is almost the same as that of pure resin products.
  • With the special formulated aid of professional dispersing agents, the Na₂SO₄ filler is fully dispersed in the carrier resin, forming a stable dispersion system. During processing, it will not agglomerate, ensuring the uniformity of product performance and avoiding defects such as spots and streaks on the product surface.
  • Our filler masterbatch has wide compatibility with polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polystyrene (PS) and other common resins.
